I've spent more than 25 years working in corporate finance — building financial models, leading budgeting processes, and helping organizations make better decisions with better data.
After years of watching large companies benefit from having dedicated financial leadership, I kept asking the same question: why don't small businesses have access to the same level of financial thinking? They're often making bigger bets — with less information — than the Fortune 500 companies I worked with.
That's why I founded Inspired CFO, LLC. To bring real financial leadership to the businesses that need it most — growing companies between $1M and $25M that are beyond the startup phase but not yet big enough to justify a full-time CFO.
I've seen businesses that were profitable on paper run out of cash. I've seen owners make hiring and pricing decisions based on gut instinct when the numbers would have told a very different story. Most of the time, the fix isn't complicated. It just takes someone who knows what to look for.
